Attention Tito

Attention Terry Francona!! Your warning is now official. You are dangerously close to having a Grady Little moment. At the end of the season you put in Eric Gagne to hold a lead. The Yankees were close in the rear view mirror and after the game you told us that you needed to know what he was made of before the playoffs came. He blew it and you found out everything you needed to know about him. Fast forward to game 2 of the ALCS. Did you forget everything you saw that night in September? The ONLY time Gagne should be pitching is when the Sox have a HUGE lead with less than 3 outs left to get. I thought you got it during game 1?!?! Even in game 1 Gagne felt to need to load the bases and get Pappelbon warmed up before finally getting that 3rd out. You are on notice Tito!! Grady Little knew damn well 100 pitches was Pedro's limit, but he kept him in anyway. Look where that got him. Eric Gagne should not be pitching in a close game situation, end of story!!! We are grateful for your leadership over the past years but if you refuse to acknowledge this truth, your fate will be the same!
